As a Direct Lender we provide capital to Sponsors of value-add & opportunistic transactions, support Affiliate Lender platforms through JV relationships, and expand our portfolio under management through secondary market participation via Note Acquisition of discrete or pooled debt securities which fit our stringent credit criteria.

Hyde Capital engages in select Joint Venture (JV) relationships to support Affiliate Lenders by providing advisory services & underwriting expertise for expansion of existing originations platforms.

Hyde Capital expands its investment portfolio under management through secondary market participation via Note Acquisition of discrete or pooled debt securities which fit our stringent credit criteria.
